Being a student from a rural community I always wanted to be independent and unique. And I always believed and followed the words of my Dad which he once said me ” People should remember us after our death not as a bad human but as a good soul”. And that motivated me to standout in this world. Meanwhile I didn’t want to follow the same path which other’s follow. That when I became an entrepreneur at the age of 16 itself. With a professional knowledge in programming I entered the IT field as a full stack developer . But I didn’t want to stop from there, I wanted to provide and distribute my knowledge to more students like me. That’s when I started my Youtube channel “Codetamizha “ as a initial step. Being an successful entrepreneur , social media influencer and a Full stack developer I’m proud to reach my goals at such a young age itself. By creating my own brand name iamthasanthan , I wanted to set an example to many youngsters like me. By creating multi platforms such as codetamizha which is designed to provide programming knowledge to Tamil audience through you tube , Becoded.lk which is the Sri Lanka’s first ever student community which engages students from all over the world to gain and share their knowledge , Devgriffins which is designed to help businesses to take their business ideas to another level and iamthasanthan which is my personal brand where I help and engage many people to develop their skills in programming and makeup their future , I always wanted to share my knowledge with others and help them create their own identity.
In 2017 , when I was schooling , we had our school student’s elections. I participated in it and many students came up with their requests to me . One student came up with the request to change the education system as it is very boring and not interesting. This was the request which helped me to make it my dream project. Since that day I’m working on it and I am very excited today to work on this becoded.lk project. As a student who came out from our formal education system, i saw and experienced the loopholes in our education system. This is the point where i decided to bring a change in our education. So inorder to give all the students an equal education with special individual attentions i started Becoded.lk.
